Kamala Harris of Indian descent, will be the first woman in American history, the first black woman, and the first South Asian, vice president.

Kamala Harris is the first female, vice president in the 231-year history of the United States and the 49th person to reach the post.

In a post on Twitter, she shared a video, in which she called Joe Biden and said, "We've done it, you're going to be the new president, of the United States."
