The PML-Q - the government's main ally, did not attend the luncheon, hosted by Prime Minister Imran Khan, due to concerns, from the federal government.

Prime Minister Imran Khan, hosted a luncheon in honor of the allied, parties in Islamabad, with the aim of gaining the confidence, of the allies on various national, and political issues.

Apart from the delegation, of MQM Pakistan, Balochistan Awami, Party ,and ,GDA, federal ministers, and top leadership, of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) ,also attended the luncheon, given in Islamabad.

But the PML-Q, the, government's main ally, did not attend, the luncheon due to concerns ,over various issues.
