In Pakistan's largest city, Karachi women and children, have been evacuated after angry, mobs attacked a local Hindu population, and a temple while police cracked, down on unidentified rioters. A case of blasphemy, has been registered, in the complaint.
Police have arrested a man in connection with the alleged, provocation, and attack on the temple. The man has been arrested, on charges of blasphemy.
It may be recalled, that after the incident, at the temple, it was alleged that the cause, of the dispute was an animal, coming out of a residential compound, of the Hindu community, with some objectionable words, written on it and at the instigation, of a police constable, at Napier police station. A blasphemy, case was registered, against unknown individuals, following which the arrest, has now taken place.
According to the SP, no case of vandalism in the temple, has been registered, by the Hindu community, but a case of blasphemy, has also been registered, against unknown persons, who caused a commotion, in the temple.
